This past weekend was spent in Indianapolis at IUPUI Natitorium, where the swimming and/or diving Olympic tryout are usually held. What an amazing facility! This is always, in general, one of our favorite swim meets ~ but now has extra special meaning because Howie and Sarah(our niece) live there. Scott's sisters hitched a ride to Indy with us and stayed with Howie and Sarah. We had a great time riding with two of the favorite aunts and spending time in Indy with the kids cousins (Howie and Sarah). They helped us cheer for the kids at the meet! We were so proud of all three of the kids. Mason raced in a 500 yd. race (that's over a quarter of a mile!...10 laps) He finished in a little over 6 mins. and was disappointed that he didn't break 6 min. We were all impressed anyway. He had a great meet, getting a state cut in the 100 Breast Stroke. Little Mags did a 200 yd. race (4 laps) She was the only 7 yr. old in that race. She's not sure she wants to do that again any time soon but she is proud to say she did it with the big kids. Little Miss Determination! Allie got a second regional cut in the breaststroke. . . so we will be on the trail again towards the end of the month for regionals with Mason and Allie and then onto state with Mason! GOOooooo Roberts' crew!!! We'll keep you posted.

I'm so sad I missed Maggie in this stylin' swimsuit! Quite the cutie miss!
We sure enjoyed being with you guys in Indy and traveling in the Suburban. We'll have to do it again!
We're so proud of Mason, Allie & Maggie with their great achievements in swimming. Love to you all!
Congratulations on the swim team successes, we think that the three kids are good enough that they should start training in Florida and consider staying with grandpa and grandma at least 6 months a year. We will bring them back for their midwest training the other 6 months when we head north.
