We made our annual trek down to the Civic Center for an afternoon of skating fun. After lacing up 11 sets of skates, I wasn't sure I was having too much fun . . . but after we actually got out and going, a good time was had by all! We had our three kids, plus our 3 "extras" (friends from church), plus Allie's best bud from school, Morgan ~ then my 3 of 4 nephews came and finally my cousin's three girls rounded off our pack! I slept well last night!!

Ready for the Ice Capades !!?!?!
Below are our three newest kids. They are our little buddies from church. Their mom works every Sunday as a waitress (one of her busy-high pay days). She is unable to take them to church ~ so we have been taking them for 3 or so months. We have grown very fond of Madison (10), Hannah (8) and the toothless wonder Zachary (6). They haven't been given a lot of opportunities like our Roberts' kids so we are enjoying spoiling them a bit. This was their first time ever to go ice skating! We had a wonderful time!

Loved your pictures from the "ice capades"!! That was so nice of you guys to take the 3 kids from church. I'm sure they felt very lucky to be there. They are blessed to have you in their lives.
Love ya's,
Kate
