The kids started back to school this week. This is always a bit sad for mom every year (and more so-the older they get). We always have a great time in the summer months ~ eating late long breakfasts out on the deck, hanging out at the pool many afternoons, playing an occasional game of Clue or Yatzee, reading for long sessions together in the hammock, camping out in the woods behind the house etc.... It's not fair that a hand full of teachers, that hardly know these three, get to spend 7 hrs. a day with "MY" kids! Tell them to get their own kids! We have things we still want to do, places to see! It must be time to start planning a vacation. Gotta go - Travelocity is calling.

Great picture! I can't believe school is back in session either. The summer went way too fast.
Mason looks like he is at the age where he doesn't enjoy the "First Day of School" picture anymore! haha I wish these three were in my class!
I can't wait to come down and take you out to breakfast before school again one of these days. We could even be late, I'll bet. :) Just kidding, Mom and Dad. Don't ask...won't tell. Miss you all.
